How to Report a Lost Item

• Reservation Number
• A detailed description of the lost item
• The date and location of the rental return

Important Information

Items found in our vehicles are kept for a period of 10 days. After this time, unclaimed items will be donated or appropriately discarded.
While we strive to locate and return lost items, we encourage customers to thoroughly check their rental vehicle before returning it.
